Start Planning Your Next Adventure

I know travel, and planning a trip can be a bit overwhelming & intimidating in the beginning. My goal is to help make the process a bit easier and give you ideas for your own trip!
One of my absolute favorite things about traveling is researching & planning a trip. In fact, I love planning almost as much as the actual experience. As a result, I’ve decided to share my travel experiences with all of you. My hope is this page & the articles I write will help you plan your next adventure.
This landing page contains links to all of my travel itineraries. These itineraries contain daily overviews of how I spent my days at each destination. The itineraries do not contain in-depth reviews of activities completed. For that level of detail read my articles related to bucket list experiences, hiking and camping.
For your convenience, this page is organized into three sections: 1) Itineraries, 2) Misadventures, and 3) More. First, the itineraries section links to the itineraries for all of my trips. Next, Misadventures, contains articles related to all of the mistakes I’ve made during my travels & what I have learned from those mistakes. Last, the More section contains all other miscellaneous travel articles.
I hope you enjoy!

Hiking in Badlands National Park is kind of what I imagine hiking on Mars would look like. The landscape is such a stark contrast to the norm. Miles and miles of rock & dirt as far as the eye can see. I truly enjoyed the hiking here.

Bucket List Experiences

The experience of a lifetime. Honestly, Oktoberfest wasn’t on my bucket list I just decided to join an Erasmus (Foreign Exchange Student) trip for the heck of it. And I’m so thankful I did. The festival is truly an experience. Everyone is so nice & it’s just something to behold. Oh, and the food & beer are truly top notch. The best festival food I’ve ever had to be quite frank.

Little did I know…The train stopped stopping at the Rhine Falls stops after a certain time. Cue the panic.
