About Me

A little bit about me.  My name is Krista. I’m a 29 year old Kansas native.

In my 28 years on this planet I’ve had my fair share of experiences, good and bad…but I’ve still got so much left on my not so metaphorical list. Yes, I’ve got an actual written list of things I want to experience, and accomplish before my time’s up.

Anyways, I always find it weird that people categorize themselves by what they do rather than the kind of person they are so I’m going to give you a bit of both.

I consider myself an introvert, although my friends and family would vehemently disagree. As once I’m comfortable around someone I can talk for hours. I’m adventurous but I wouldn’t consider myself spontaneous…even the things I do that appear spontaneous are not. I often spent days, weeks or months secretly planning and putting the pieces in place.

By day, I am what you would refer to as a “corporate millennial.” I work a traditional 9-5 job as Regulatory Strategist for a healthcare company. Don’t worry, it’s about as exciting as it sounds. When I’m not on the 9-5 grind I’m either traveling or planning travels. 

My goal with this site is to inspire others to take that leap they’ve been thinking about.  Whether it’s travel-related or not. I firmly believe the best things in life are on the other side of the unknown. Do what makes you happy. And if travel makes you happy I hope I can inspire you to go for it!
